Equipment
equipment you can count on
The best drilling results come from the combination of experienced people and reliable equipment.
Frontline’s fleet has been carefully selected, rebuilt and maintained to deliver consistent performance across demanding exploration programs throughout Australia. From our modern reverse circulation rigs to our deep-capacity diamond drilling equipment, every asset is supported by rigorous maintenance, remote monitoring technology and an experienced crew who knows how to get the most from it.
We don’t cut corners when it comes to our equipment. We believe in reliability, capability and doing things properly.
That’s how we minimise downtime, maximise productivity and give our clients confidence that the job will be done right.

OX SR72
Frontline’s entire reverse circulation fleet is standardised around the OX SR72, with three near-identical rigs commissioned in 2023, 2024 and 2026. This consistency across the fleet supports reliable performance, streamlined maintenance and a familiar operating platform for crews across different projects.
The OX SR72 drill’s robust design features 36,000kg of pull-back, a 1350cfm / 500psi compressor, along with the highest quality hydraulic pumps and motors available in order to create a powerful and reliable drill that can cope with the toughest conditions.
Teamed with all-wheel drive support equipment, it can perform in the most rugged and hostile environments.
